Context and History<\/h4>

In Pavarolo, at Via San Sebastiano 21\/b, a building once linked to organized crime has been transformed into a place of community, listening, and growth.<\/strong>.
This is how Araba Fenice was born:<\/strong>a new multifunctional center dedicated to children, young people, and families, made possible thanks to the support of the Piedmont Region and the PNRR \u2013 Next Generation EU. Piedmont Region<\/strong> e del PNRR \u2013 Next Generation EU<\/strong>.

The Municipality of Pavarolo has repurposed a confiscated building to create a multifunctional center for family services<\/strong>.
Today, the ground floor hosts Araba Fenice<\/strong>, an open, welcoming, and dynamic space where people can meet, share experiences, and receive professional support.
On the upper floors, the town\u2019s first public nursery is taking shape,<\/strong>providing an essential service for new generations and local parents.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n The property at Via San Sebastiano 21\/B, a villa of illicit origin, was permanently confiscated from organised crime and entrusted to the Municipality of Pavarolo for social purposes. <\/p>\n

    \n The birth of the project <\/h3>\n

    \n The Municipality, together with the Piedmont Region, the Chierese Social Services Consortium, and various local associations, presents the regeneration project: this is how the idea of the \u201cAraba Fenice\u201d Multifunctional Center was born. <\/p>\n

    \n Beginning construction <\/h3>\n

    \n Thanks to the PNRR \u2013 Mission 4.9 funds and regional contributions, the conversion works have begun, including seismic upgrades and structural reinforcement, the construction of the new municipal micro-nursery, and the design of the social spaces on the ground floor. <\/p>\n
